Becoming Emotionally Stable

Is emotional resilience important to women? Let me put it like this. Everything that is rare and valuable in a man is important to women.

Let's first explain what emotional resilience is. Well, it is not that you have to act like Rambo and keep your emotions for yourself. People like Rambo actually suppress their emotions. That's not good. I mean someone like James Bond. James Bond does feel emotions, but he neutralizes them in a healthy way. He doesn't let his emotions roam wildly like a gang member would for example.

Women test men in various ways. Most ways of testing include them doing something to create an emotional reaction in you. Well, that is my point here. My point is that you realize how women are doing this and do something about it. You must learn to peacefully respond instead of emotionally react.

Imagine a guy who meets a woman and acts almost artificially peaceful. The woman is confused because the man is acting too nice all the time and she has a feeling that he is actually pretending. And women are hard wired to see this in men. Well, for a few months, he keeps acting okay. Well, since he truly is faking it, it will show sooner or later. If he is emotionally unhealthy, he will sooner or later burst! And when he bursts once, he will probably continue doing it. It manifests in a way that he just go crazy one day and reacts emotionally toward her. Most women dump these men then. Or her attraction is lost.

You must learn to cultivate a pause before you react. When you sense that you are going to react emotionally to her in anyway, just stop, pause, and feel the emotions. Don't do anything else, just feel them and be aware of them till they go away.
